- File Formats: For hdbexport CSV files, added reading the CB.FLWCTR boolean to indicate that a branch is Load Break Disconnect if its CBTYP.ID contains DSC or DISC.
Also modified so if (CBTYP.ID = DSC) OR (CBTYP.ID = DISC) then it is automatically set as a Disconnect and the dialog asking you to choose which BranchDeviceType does not include that string.
- GIC: With GIC fixed issue in which the GIC flows could be off for transformers modeled in multiple substations.
