Features and Improvements
- Auxiliary Files (SCRIPT and DATA Sections): Added script command CTGSkipWithIdenticalActions. This will set the Skip field to YES for any contingencies with identical actions as another contingency. Only contingencies that originally have the Skip field set to NO will be processed. The first contingency with the lowest name alphabetically will not be set to skip. Messages are added to the log detailing which contingencies have been set to Skip = YES.
- Transient Stability: Fixed error reading PWB and RAW files in related to cases that have FRQTPAT, FRQDCAT, VTGTPAT, and VTGDCAT. This bus was introduced in the November 5, 2025 patch
