Time Step Simulation: Summary Local Menu
Time Point records > Apply Time Point
Simulator applies the input data of that particular time point to the power system model, without solving the time point. Upon selection of this option, the time point information can be visualized in the Case Information Displays.
Time Point records > Solve Time Point
This option applies the time point input and the scheduled data to the power system and solves the time point with the specified Solution Type.
Time Point records > Change Timepoint Time
This option allows the user to modify the date/time of the selected time point through the Change Timepoint Time Dialog. If the new date/time belongs to an existing point in the list, an error message is displayed. The time points can be specified with a precision of up to 1 second.
Insert New Timepoint(s)
Use this option to insert new time points into the time point list. This selection brings up the New Timepoint Dialog.
Delete Entire Timepoint Record
Use this option to delete the selected time point and all of the input data and custom results for that time point.
Set/Toggle/Columns > Plot Column(s)
Use this option to automatically generate column plots. By default, in the Time Step Simulation grids, the column plots display graphs of column data versus the date/time column (the combination of the date and time columns).
