Features and Improvements
- File Formats: Added the following fields to three winding transformer objects to be able to read/write PSSE transformer record fields exactly how the values would appear in a RAW file. These fields depend on the CW, CZ, CM and COD codes present in each PSSE transformer record:

RAW_ControlMode, RAW_VariableTapFrom, RAW_FixedTapTo, RAW_TapMax, RAW_TapMin, RAW_R, RAW_X, RAW_MagG, and RAW_MagB.
Also, Made Transformer Tap Step Count an enterable field - Transient Stability: Modified PERC2 to include 6 integer flags named VLMflag, VHMflag, VLLflag, VLHflag, FLflag, and FHflag. Setting a flag to zero (0) disables the respective portion of the decision to cease logic.

Setting (VLLflag =0) disables checking VLC1, VLC2, VLC3, and VLC4
Setting (VLHflag =0) disables checking VHC1, VHC2, VHC3, and VHC4
