Features and Improvements
- Transient Stability: Added the ability to insert transient contingency events using TimeInCycles as a secondary key field using an aux file or copy/paste from Excel. Now the list of secondary key fields is TimeInCycles, Object, Action, and Contingency. Remember that to use secondary keys fields you must omit the primary key field Time.
- Transient Stability: Added special handling in the REPC_D model so that if all Kw terms for specified Control Devices are negative, then Simulator will initialize the output multiplexor control assuming that downstream generators are receiving a voltage signal. This will change the way that Qref0 is calculated as it will be the average of voltage signals be sent to downstream generators at initialization. Also Kw terms will be ignored (treated as 1.0) then. This allows modeling of a plant control that sends voltage reference signals instead of reactive power reference signals.
- Transient Stability: In Transient Stability, validation errors for torque controller, pitch controller and aerodynamic models have now been changed to warnings, for situations when these are not compatible with the upstream model.
