One-line Diagrams and FERC 715 Cases:  FERC 715 Cases contain power flow data submitted by the NERC Regional Reliability Councils. One-line diagrams for all NERC regions are available to qualified industry participants. Cases and diagrams at 345-kV and above are provided free of charge.  Note:  FERC no longer supplies 715 filings on their website.  Visit www.ferc.gov for details.
