Training Calendar
PowerWorld Corporation provides
training for power
systems analysis using PowerWorld
Simulator. Three course modules are offered: Introduction to
PowerWorld Simulator: Interface and Common Tools; Power Systems
Economics and Market Modeling with PowerWorld Simulator; and
Steady-State Power System Security Analysis with PowerWorld Simulator.
Each module is presented over two days. Detailed descriptions of
each will be available soon. Together, the modules cover techniques for power system modeling and simulation,
providing a framework for analysis of system design, operation, and economics.
PowerWorld Simulator
is used for development and demonstration of system models. Course participants will learn to
develop power system models, perform system analysis, and
create visual simulations that illustrate the results.
All courses are taught at
PowerWorld Corporation offices in Champaign, Illinois, unless
