All PowerWorld products come with a software lock. This page is provided to give you access to the key to your software lock using your Customer Account User Name and Product Identification. Note: you can also use your User name and Product ID to download software patches off our Patch Download page (see Patch Download to the left).

Please provide your PowerWorld Simulator Customer Account User Name and Product Identification.  If you do not know your Customer Account User Name and Product Identification, please contact PowerWorld Corporation at support@powerworld.com.

Important: The key provided will correspond to the most recent version of software that you are licensed to use. PowerWorld Corporation recently shipped version 12.0, so customers with current support and maintenance agreements will receive keys to unlock version 12.0. If you need to unlock an older version, please contact us at (217) 384-6330 or support@powerworld.com.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our key generator. We will have the generator back online as soon as possible. If you need a key immediately, please use the contact information below.
